If you work at the computer all day, the wrists can get a little tired.
Pressing the palms together at heart center, can relieve a little pressure.
Keep the elbows lifted, unless that's too intense, in which case, lower them.
Try this little break throughout the day. Proceed with caution if diagnosed with carpal tunnel.
It's a mudra as well, but we won't get into all that.

General meh, then an imbalance/injury caused by pregnancy left me unmotivated to exercise these last few weeks.
It didn't seem right for the person paid to motivate other people to move, to not want to. 🙋🏾‍♀️
I cut myself some slack. I mean, these are "unprecedented times" 🙄
Decided yesterday, was going to be the day to get back to it. It was not. But today was.
If you're in a similar boat, cut yourself some slack too.
1. It's temporary
2. Decide when to get back to it; movement, more water, more veggies, etc.
3. Set the date, set the alarm. Hit snooze. Try again tomorrow.
4. Deep breaths
5. Start (again) slowly.
6. Keep going...
💫💫It's a marathon, not a sprint. It's also your marathon and nobody else's. 💫💫

**UPDATE** I participated in this challenge unaware of its origin. Your & My beautiful black & white photo is yes, meant to empower other women, but it is also meant to bring awareness of femicide in Turkey. Hundreds, if not thousands of women die there annually, without justice.
There are men that disregard & dispose us of our worth. Violence against women anywhere is a tragedy. This post is to bring awareness to women of Turkey in particular.
Breonna Taylor also died at the hands of three men, and has YET to get justice on American soil. (Let us continue to fight for justice for women and BIPOC)

Teaching yoga classes is part of certification. So I hope you're ready to get on the mat with me. If you've always wanted to try yoga, don't know where to begin, etc., I'm all ears.
Sidenote: you don't have to "be ready," to do yoga. Showing up is ready enough.
If that ain't life in general...
